How to Book!

1) Getting a quotation:

You can receive a confirmed quotation by e-mail or by completing an on-line enquiry form here.

If you would prefer to telephone, our offices are staffed from 8.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am-4.00pm on Saturdays. You can also fax us on 0161-437 0212.

2) Making a booking:

If you would like to make a booking you can make payment by credit card. We accept most UK issued credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card and Switch. Alternatively you can pay by cheque, bank draft or bank transfer.

3) Tickets:

Your tickets will be issued on receipt of cleared funds and mailed to you by return. For last minute bookings, we use the Royal Mail's special delivery service for which an additional charge will apply. In certain cases we are able to arrange for your ticket to be waiting for you at your departure airport. Please contact us for further information.

4) Insurance:

We are able to arrange competitively priced comprehensive travel insurance for your journey. Please click here for further information and rates.

Data Protection

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide (such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc). Because your privacy is important to us, we do not disclose your details or information given to Elegant Resorts to any third party.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.

Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)

The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority, and we act as agents for licensed tour operators; the relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday shown. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines.
